Short version: we use your details to run your trip, and for nothing else.
What we collect
What you give us in a trip request or conversation: your name, email, travel dates, party size, trip preferences, and optionally a WhatsApp number. If a booking requires it (some sites and hotels legally do), passport details for ticketing, collected at that point and never before.
Why we collect it
To plan, quote, book and run your trip, and to reach you about it. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who sees it
The EgyRoam team running your trip, and the specific operators delivering your booked services, who receive only what they need (your first name, party size, meeting details). Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers.
How long we keep it
Trip records are kept for our legal and accounting obligations. Passport details, where collected, are deleted within 90 days after your trip ends. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
Your choices
Write to trips@egyroam.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you sent a trip request and changed your mind, one email removes it.
